BedPro Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to BedPro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and BedPro ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services, games and features available at bedpro.ws.

BedPro is an online casino and sports betting platform designed specifically for Pakistani players. Our services include online slots, live casino games, crash games, sports betting, jackpot slots, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti and all other games and betting options listed in our lobby from time to time.

By registering an account with BedPro, depositing funds or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the BedPro platform.

Throughout these Terms, all monetary references are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. BedPro operates exclusively in PKR for Pakistani players and no currency conversion is applied to your account balance, deposits or withdrawals.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any part of the BedPro platform. BedPro takes age verification seriously and may request proof of age at any point during your account lifecycle. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and any funds held will be returned after deducting any winnings accrued during underage use.

2.2 Geographic Access

BedPro's services are offered to players in Pakistan. You confirm that accessing the BedPro platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting. It is your personal responsibility to understand and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction relating to online gambling and betting. BedPro accepts no liability for your accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so may be restricted.

2.3 Mental Capacity

You must be acting of your own free will when registering and using BedPro. You must not be under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgement at the time of placing bets or making financial transactions. By using BedPro you confirm that you are capable of making independent financial decisions and accept full personal responsibility for all activity on your account.

3. Account Rules

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one BedPro account. Opening multiple accounts – whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or different identities – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. BedPro uses technical and manual verification processes to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the oldest verified account may be closed and any winnings or bonus funds held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

When registering your BedPro account you must provide accurate, truthful and current information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information – including using another person's identity – is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your BedPro account credentials. Your password should be unique to your BedPro account and not shared with any other person under any circumstances. BedPro recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available in your account security settings. Any activity that takes place through your account while logged in will be your responsibility regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally.

3.4 Account Verification

BedPro reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time during your account lifecycle, including but not limited to: a copy of your CNIC or passport; proof of address; and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Verification requests will be communicated through our support team. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restriction of account functionality including withdrawals.

4. Deposits

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

BedPro accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees. BedPro does not accept deposits in any foreign currency.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit at BedPro is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though BedPro reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for unusually large deposits in accordance with our compliance obligations.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are processed and credited to your BedPro wallet instantly or within a few minutes of payment confirmation. IBFT bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing schedule. Visa/Mastercard deposits are typically processed within minutes. BedPro does not charge any fees on deposits.

4.4 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud, theft or money laundering, is strictly prohibited. BedPro maintains the right to investigate the source of deposited funds and to suspend or close accounts where the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily established.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals from your BedPro wallet are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. Available withdrawal methods mirror those accepted for deposits: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. All withdrawals are paid in Pakistani Rupees directly to your nominated account.

5.2 Processing Times

BedPro's target processing time for withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash is under five minutes from the time the withdrawal request is submitted and approved. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are processed at a similar speed. IBFT bank transfers typically settle within the same business day, subject to your bank's internal processing schedule. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of unusually high volume or where account verification is pending.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

BedPro does not charge any fees on withdrawals to any supported payment method. The full amount you request will be transferred to your payment account. Any fees applied by your bank or mobile money provider are the responsibility of the receiving account and are beyond BedPro's control.

5.4 Large Withdrawals

Withdrawals of unusually large amounts – particularly progressive jackpot wins – may be subject to an additional verification process before payment is released. This process typically takes between 24 and 72 hours. BedPro's support team will contact the player directly to coordinate the verification and payment process. BedPro does not split or cap jackpot payouts.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New BedPro players who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. The welcome bonus is applied automatically to your account alongside your first deposit. No promotional code is required. The welcome bonus is available to each player once only and is not transferable.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses at BedPro are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus and most promotional bonuses is 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount. For example: a Rs 1,000 deposit with a Rs 1,000 bonus requires total wagering of Rs 60,000 before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be made.

Wagering contribution rates vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% to wagering requirements; live casino table games typically contribute between 10% and 25%; sports betting contributions vary by promotion. The specific contribution rate for each game is displayed in the bonus terms for each active promotion and in the game information panel within the BedPro lobby.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses at BedPro have an expiry period. The standard bonus expiry is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited to your account. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the expiry period, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your account automatically. The remaining real-money balance is unaffected by bonus expiry.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

BedPro operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using bonus funds in a deliberately low-risk manner designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the game; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, the relevant bonus and all winnings generated from it will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

6.5 Other Promotions

BedPro offers ongoing promotions including weekly reload bonuses, cashback programmes and seasonal offers. Each promotion carries its own specific terms which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. In all cases, BedPro's General Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

7. Gameplay & Fair Play

7.1 Game Integrity

All games available on BedPro are sourced from internationally licensed software providers. BedPro does not modify the RNG configuration, payout structure or any other technical parameter of any game hosted on the platform. The games you play on BedPro are the identical certified versions that operate on licensed platforms in regulated markets globally. Published RTP figures are accurate and independently verified by third-party testing organisations including eCOGRA, iTech Labs and BMM Testlabs.

7.2 Technical Interruptions

In the event of a technical failure during a game round – including disconnection, server error or game client crash – BedPro will take all reasonable steps to determine the state of the game at the point of interruption and either complete the round or void the bet and return the stake. BedPro is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side technical failures, including unstable internet connections or device failures.

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets placed on BedPro are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the sports betting section of the platform. Where a result is disputed or an event is cancelled, bets will be settled according to the relevant sport's rules as applied by BedPro's trading team. BedPro reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time the bet was placed.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the BedPro platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated system to interact with BedPro games or the betting interface
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors or glitches in any BedPro game or system
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using a VPN, proxy or other IP masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using BedPro to process funds of illegal origin
• Submitting fraudulent identity documentation or providing false information during account registration or verification
• Opening accounts in another person's name or on behalf of a third party without their knowledge and consent
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes on deposits that have been used for genuine gameplay
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation

9. Responsible Gaming

BedPro is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All casino games and betting products on BedPro are designed for adult entertainment. They should never be used as a means of generating income, addressing financial obligations or resolving financial difficulties.

9.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

Every registered BedPro player has access to the following responsible gaming controls from within their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week or month. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cool-off period you cannot log in, deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude your account from the BedPro platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent closure. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

By registering an account with BedPro, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team.

11. Limitation of Liability

BedPro provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, reliable and secure access to the platform, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. BedPro will not be liable for losses arising from: temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues; errors in game software that have been reported to the relevant game provider; or losses resulting from your own failure to maintain account security.

BedPro's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. BedPro is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity or emotional distress.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits BedPro's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to Terms

BedPro reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BedPro will notify registered players through one or more of the following channels: a notice on the BedPro platform at login; an email to the address registered on your account; or a message through the BedPro in-platform notification system.

Changes to Terms take effect 14 days after notification unless the change is required urgently for legal, regulatory or security reasons, in which case it may take effect immediately. Continuing to use the BedPro platform after the effective date of a Terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure and any applicable balance return.
